Shipping

Currently we ship to United Kingdom, Europe and North America.

We offer FREE standard delivery and returns within the UK (2-3 working days).

European delivery costs £10. America and Canada cost £20. 

*Local duties & taxes may apply outside of the EU. Please contact for payment to clear customs if value exceeds local import tax free allowance. Follow your email link to track your order.

If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for re-delivery or collection. Organising a re-delivery with the courier is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We hope you like our dressing gowns. If for any reason you'd like to return them, you may do so for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unworn in their original condition. There are a few simple steps to follow below.

UK returns.

  2. Then, print a returns label from this Royal Mail link (you will need your order number)
  3. Send your order back to us in its original packaging with the tags attached
